M15 appeared to be a relatively tame set, but new cards are slowly finding their way into old decks and even creating their own. Goblin Rabblemaster made a huge impact at Pro Tour M15, but I haven't seen anyone try it in Red Devotion decks. The little goblin maker combos well with Purphoros, God of the Forge and Legion's Initiative to really put your opponent under pressure.
The rest of the deck is traditional Red Devotion, capable of casting Stormbreath Dragon as early as turn 3 with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. Fanatic of Mogis is pretty standard, but the combination with Legion's Initiative is really powerful, plus the Initiative allows you to beat sweepers like Supreme Verdict with relative ease.
One thing that shouldn't be overlooked is the impact that Battlefield Forge has. You no longer have to play Mana Confluence to cast your splash cards and are no longer forced to take excess damage every turn. That boost is huge as it gives the deck a lot of consistency and allows you to potentially go deeper on a splash.
Generator Servant is another card we've seen pop up in these decks and I wouldn't be surprised if it makes its way into this deck at some point.
