Jund has reclaimed its spot as the scourge of Modern, so multiple decks are rising up to try and beat it. One of the best decks against Jund has historically been Burn. For the most part, Jund players are ready for Burn with Feed the Clans, but you can't really prepare for this deck.
Andrew Shrout went with a Burn deck that looks very different than the "normal" Burn deck we're used to seeing. His deck features Bump in the Night for additional Lava Spikes and Tasigur, the Golden Fang at the top end. With basically all the cards in the deck doing similar things, Tasigur is going to be drawing you a Lava Spike almost every time.
The real selling point for this version of Burn is the full amount of Self-Inflicted Wounds in the sideboard. The way Jund beats Burn is by racing with Tarmogoyf, but Self-Inflicted Wound gives you a very clean answer.
It's been a while since Burn has evolved, but it's finally time.
