First off, I'd like to apologize for the unannounced break in the series. If I could, I would have a draft up every single day of the year. Unfortunately, Draftcap and my laptop don't really get along, and I do a fair bit of travelling. I'm back home now, and have a Coldsnap draft for you. I waited for about half an hour for the 8-4 to start, but unfortunately I was all alone in the queue. So I made my way over to the 4322 arena, since I figured that was better than nothing. I think my deck could have been much better if I picked a direction and focused early during the draft. This was a 4322 however, so my big pile of creatures was able to win the draft fairly easily.
In the forum of today's draft, there's be a poll asking whether you want me to continue exploring Coldsnap or return to Ravnica until the release of (if you'd prefer I do some 999 or CBS, feel free to post that as well). It doesn't really matter to me, since there won't be any more big tournaments in either format. I'm just drafting for fun, and to show you general drafting ideas, not format specific ones. Sunday afternoon I'll check back to see the results and start drafting that format.
Until Monday,
Rich
