Hello everybody, and welcome to another edition of the Magic Show. This week we're wrapping up Pro Tour: Austin in style, talking to the biggest names in Magic both under the lights and behind the scenes. Join me as we speak of absurd decks, with WotC R&D on recycling mechanics and expected power levels, how pros evaluate new cards, memorable topdecks, and all of the Pro Tour Sunday action. Let's go!
Special thanks to all of my guests and StarCityGames.com's own Kevin Binswanger for his incredible generosity by providing me a couch to crash on in Austin. It was truly a fantastic experience to see all of my pro buddies again, and my privilege to meet a ton of fans and sign many a playmat and/or Warren Instigators. Also, I now know to find Paul Rietzl and Gabe Walls at Pro Tours so I can just sit around and listen to them banter. Too much fun!
One last note: Playmat purchases were a significant part in making sure I was able to make it to Austin. If you dig my work, support the show, yes?
So until next time Magic players, this is Evan Erwin. Tapping the cards... so you don't have to.

More footage from PT: Austin will be included in future episodes. My only real regret was I lost the iPhone video footage of Gavin Verhey dancing in the parking lot with Sam Black. Yes, that actually happened, and yes, I'm still upset that my iPhone upgrade erased it.
