There aren't a whole lot of people jamming games with legacy so the format moves slower. It will be a deck but not dominant.

I think six-mana spells in a format full of Thoughtseizes Forces and Dazes aren't very good but it certainly has the ability to see play.

I think there are going to be good Tier 1 Time Spiral decks—if not soon then eventually.

I don't think it will because it probably has a rough Counterbalance and Merfolk matchup. It can be pretty explosive if someone finds the right build for it.

Not soon. I think it will be a good deck eventually. There's like two different ways to do it with Candelabra and Explore . . . Grim Monolith has to have a home somewhere right?
