Pick 1: Even though there are some quality cards here, I think Silvergill Douser is the best one.

Pick 2: Usually I've been picking Dreamspoiler Witches over Sentinels of Glen Elendra when I'm Bllue/Black, only I'm not Blue/Black at this point, so it's safer to pick Sentinels of Glen Elendra.

I ended the first booster in Blue, possibly White but with Black as a backup. In White I had Plover Knights and Judge of Currents if I went Merfolk (plus Hillcomber Giant in the sideboard), while in Black I had Ghostly Changeling and Moonglove Winnower.

Pick 16: Liliana and Warren Pilferers were a little better than anything else, and from here things fell into place.

Round 1 I played versus Red/White Giants.

He won Game 1 as he had perfect mana. Two Plains, two Mountains, and Stinkdrinker Daredevil, which allowed him to play all the cards in his hand with only four lands. I knew I was in trouble when he had turn 4 Blind-Spot Giant plus Giant Harbinger, fetching a Changeling Berserker.

Game 2 I played some early guys and started attacking and gained a huge advantage on his turn 6. He used the Soulbright Flamekin ability three times, so I responded to the third one with Whirlpool Whelm. I even won the Clash so it was a true Time Walk, and from here he was always behind.

Game 3 I realized he switched into Red/Blue Elementals as I saw no Plains, and all the creatures in play were Elementals including Smokebraider. Despite the turn 2 Smokebraider his draw wasn't too fast, and when I untapped with Dreamspoiler Witches I killed three creatures over the next two turns. Having two Silvergill Douser in play, I won with Dreamspoiler Witches and Pestermite in the air.

Round 2 I played versus Black/Blue/Red splash White Goblins/Faeries

Game 1 his Amoeboid Changeling was nullifying my Streambed Aquitects, but I finally managed to stabilize at a low life with Silvergill Douser and I was attacking in the air with Pestermite. I had him at eight life when he drew Fodder Launch for the win.

Game 2 I only made my third land drop on turn 5, which give him an early tempo and life advantage. He started with Squeaking Pie-Sneak, Mudbutton Torchrunner, and Fodder Launch killing my two creatures. Eventually I stabilized at a low life again with Silvergill Douser, knowing that this time he had already used Fodder Launch. Besides, I was holding a Faerie Trickery I sided in, as an insurance things would be kept under control. I wasn't counting on the Faeries... The next spells he played were Crib Swap, Changeling Berserk, Sentinels of Glen Elendra, and Pestermite.
