All my best decks in this format have ben UBR, while all the worst decks I’ve seen were Green. Enough to make me pick over .

Any shade you can pump for colorless is pretty good.
Pack 1 pick 4:
My Pick:
is sometimes pretty good and sometimes awful. I go with the choice of consistency and pick the pinger.
Pack 1 pick 5:
My Pick:
Less potential than or a Minotaur, but better chance to make it to the main deck.
Pack 1 pick 6:
My Pick:
I’m still not convinced about this card, but I’ve heard much good about it.

Has a little more potential than as I’m planning on running 18 lands and making a good use of the GB guy.

is just too expensive to activate, and I don’t think there is any way I could run two Wretched.
Pack 2 pick 6:
My Pick:
As weak in aggro as it’s good in control. Good news, I could hardly be more control.

I’m probably not using as anything other than a sideboard card against a deck as slow as mine, but won’t make it in a UBr deck anyway.

Unreal good in a deck that has an effect.

In the first round, my RG opponent dies to my Lu Meng/ combo. In the second, I resolve a turn 4 Abyss and, considering I’ve one more card in my deck than he has in his, he decides to concede.
Second round, and a similar scenario as my turn 4 the Abyss causes my opponent to concede on turn 6. In the second game I don’t do much, but my UW opponent finds himself unable to stop my . I’m in the Finals.
A little more adversity in the finals, as my WG opponent plays three guys in the first three turns. Fortunately, I’ve Gwendolynn to attack his hand, and to clean up the board. Despite a double mulligan, I manage to open with the Abyss. Seeing he can’t win, my opponent immediately concedes to my bomb, and I win the draft! Weee!
Have a great weekend!
