I could've possibly expanded a bit during this draft and tried to find an actual second color, but mono Green seemed to work out fine. Also, staying open allowed me to wait for Eventide and pick up the Archon to splash.
Round 1 lasted all of seven minutes. Both games I played guys and Barkshell Blessing and crushed him.
Round 2 my opponent was Br. Game 1 I had a good draw and got him to 3 life before he stabilized with Rattleblaze Scarecrow after we traded sides. I drew a few land and he drew spells from here and I couldn't finish the job. Game 2 I mulliganed into a mediocre hand that I had to keep and ended up getting flooded again, making for quite an uninteresting match.
