This draft was very similar to the last. I got into Black Red right away and was never given a reason to look back. Not too many interesting decisions here. I could've played Thunder-Thrash Elder, but it's the kind of card that goes against my general draft philosophy - it's very inconsistent. I like Bone Splinters because it's always going to kill their best guy, even if I have to two-for-one myself to do it. The Elder, however, is quite unimpressive if I don't have an unearth guy in the yard for it.
I won the first round easily against a solid Green White Red deck. Both games I was able to trade creatures early, then unearth and kill his big guys with Bone Splinters.
I got disconnected during the second round, and didn't get to play out the rest of the draft.
Until tomorrow...
