This draft may appear to be a 4322, considering how late I got the Careful Consideration and Brine Elemental, but I assure you all drafts that get posted here are in fact 84s. I was pretty clearly Blue in this draft, and was looking for a second color since I didn't see a single Red card to follow up my first pick Lightning Axe. I quickly found Black to be open and had quite an easy time taking the best card out of each pack once my colors were settled.

In the first round I played against a Black/Red deck splashing Stormbind. Both games were fairly similar. He'd get ahead early, then I'd stabilize, cast both Considerations and bury him in card advantage. He did make the second game close with a Stormbind, but I was able to play and flip Brine Elemental in the same turn to take the game.

Round 2 I played a Blue White deck. In the first game I got ahead early by Shaper Parasiting his first play, then I played Serendib Sorcerer to dominate the board, and Enslaved his Saltfield Recluse so he couldn't do something similar. Game 2 his turn 5 play was Stormcloud Djinn so I attacked him for 13 with my Aquamorph Entity, Vampiric Sliver, and Viscerid Deepwalker which came into play that turn. Next turn I had Snapback for a blocker and that was game.

I decided to play the finals because my deck was so good. Game 1 looked like a blowout throughout with my Serendib Sorcerer dominating his Blue/White deck. I could never find a good time to play my Enslave, and he made things close by topdecking Fortify. I had been planning for a Fortify though and had Snapback for his Celestial Crusader. I took a lot of damage but was left with an overwhelming board position after the Fortify. Game 2 I kept a hand without an Island but with Prismatic Lens. He had a really fast draw with turn 2 Gossamer Phantasm, turn 3 Aven Riftwatcher, and turn 4 Crookclaw Transmuter, but I drew a Midnight Charm for the Transmuter, and drew an Island the turn before it would have been too late. I was able to stabilize on six, then started dropping bombs which he simply couldn't handle.
