I didn't really have many decisions to make during the draft. I think the only really close pick was Looter il-Kor or Ixidron. At the time my deck looked very powerful so I felt I should take the more consistent Looter over the potential bomb in Ixidron.

Round 1 I played against Gerard Fabiano. I had some pretty good draws, but he totally outclassed them. Game 1 he played Forisyan Totem; Orgg; Intet, the Dreamer; Timbermare; and Radha, Heir to Keld... and an Evolution Charm on Intet. Game 2 he played turn 3 Orgg, turn 4 Pardic Dragon, turn 5 Ana Battlemage with Blue Kicker, and turn 6 Squall Line, killing my Serra Sphinx and Crookclaw Transmuter. Seems reasonable...
