Store credit is issued when the order is shipped, and is based on the lowest price during the preorder period after your order is placed. The preorder period ends at 11:59pm ET on the day before the item's release date. The lowest price is determined by the regularly advertised website price, and excludes all coupons, taxes, special offers, and other discounts. Orders that are canceled for nonpayment or at the customer's request do not qualify for the Preorder Price Guarantee.
